An experienced operations director primarily in the hotel and cruise ship sector responsible for building a management team and for opening of nine 400 bed hotels in France, Switzerland, and Italy before being headhunted by Sheraton in Paris

Established a Sales and Marketing consultancy company in 1984 to the Hotel, Leisure, Marine and property development sectors. Including sales and marketing support for Marinas in Liverpool, Development of Ocean Village in Southampton and Poole. His work included working for several international Hotels in Turkey, Europe and Caribbean and Cruise ship operators in Hong Kong,

He joined the Mattar Group in 2008 to design and develop the Green City Project but due to the civil war moved on to look further in the Indian Ocean for other opportunities in Sri Lanka. The Blue Ocean Island Resort (450 hectares) is situated on an Island tin the Dutch Bay area in the Kalpitya  region .

Alan holds an MBA from Cranfield, is a Chartered Accountant, and is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and as such has obtained a wealth of experience during his career. He has held advisory roles in companies ranging from transport to hotels and has been a Partner at Deloitte Haskins + Sells and Mazars where he was responsible for business structures, human resources, planning and development, acquisitions, and sales of businesses.

Alan was also Managing Director of Cambridge Nutrition Ltd (Cambridge Diet) and led the firm to international stardom and is often asked to lecture on its success around the world. He now advises on financial planning, taxation, personnel, management, and operational strategy acting as a trouble-shooter who specialises in planning for rapid growth.

CEO for Carleton Associates Management Ltd. He is a proven Senior Executive (CEO) for numerous Multi-National companies in a Sales & Marketing capacity whilst controlling substantial sized portfolios.

Derwynne is a Professional Golfer representing Volvo Global as tournament organizer and has owned and managed several Golf Courses.  Derwynne is the representative for Volvo World Tour as well of having designed, owned and managed many Golf courses.

He has a vast experience of Tournament Golf management  of events all over the world . He also overseas sponsorship and player management.

Jayampathy Herath is an Architect and our primary representative in Sri Lanka at our Colombo Office.

Michael has a wealth of experience in marketing and communications, having designed TV Studios for Investment Banks, developed hotel booking software and founded and supported several Destination Marketing Organisations as CEO.
